in the delivery of Solar PV and wider
decarbonisation initiatives, including
feasibility and design work for solar car
parking structures (car ports) across leisure
centre sites.
Building on experience gained through
similar energy and sustainability projects, we
are currently exploring the rollout of these
solutions across five sites, helping to reduce
carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency,
and support the Council’s net zero ambitions.
This work forms part of a wider programme
to integrate renewable energy solutions
across the Council’s estate.
Believe Housing Contract Award
Believe Housing is one of the largest affordable housing
providers in Durham and the North East. Align has secured the
only place on both:
Lot 1 Asset Management Valuations and;
Lot 2 Development Valuations
Align is the sole provider of these services for Believe Housing.
