ACES
Apprenticeship Open Afternoon
In November, Align opened the office doors to Northallerton and
Thirsk sixth formers for an open day. Managing Director, Ron
Walton, led the charge, providing students with a comprehensive
overview of the company, our discipline offerings, the sectors we
work across, and the different degree-apprenticeships we offer
including details about our 2026 apprentice intake and the benefits of
being an Align apprentice.

(Association of Chief Estates
Surveyors) North East and
Yorkshire!
Summer Festival
This was a great opportunity for students to meet and hear from
some of our current apprentices and Align employees who have also
been through our apprentice scheme. Thank you to those who took
time to speak to the attendees about their experience as an
apprentice.
