Winter Edition
Welcome
to our Winter Newsletter.
In this edition we are sharing some of our latest
successes, celebrating our staff, and updating you all on
a few exciting projects we have been involved with
across the UK.
Every day we work closely with clients in both the private and public sector,
delivering a multitude of services from Estates Management to Geotechnical
Engineering. In this edition, we’ve got updates on major projects, including key
milestone achievements, such as Whitby Maritime Hub and The Seam Digital
Campus.
As 2025 came to a close, we were proud to have supported a number of
charities, local organisations, and communities through fundraising events such
as the Northallerton 10K Charity Run, Business Fives Fundraising Football
Matches, and even coffee mornings in the office to support vital causes.
2025 put the spotlight on our apprenticeship programme as Align took home the
title of SME Employer of the Year at the Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards. This
wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of our apprentices who have
gone on to achieve national recognition, including Architectural Technologist
Apprentice, Ellen Campbell , who was crowned national student Women In
Property 2025 Award Winner.
As we reached the end of 2025, we took the opportunity to look back and reflect
on our teamwork and successes. Thank you for your continued support
throughout the year, we are proud of what we achieved together and are excited
to see what 2026 will bring.
