been unveiled after we oversaw
the project’s delivery.

We were appointed by North Yorkshire
Council to oversee the project’s
construction, working alongside the
Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and Invisible Dust
to ensure the viewing station and mosaic
were delivered successfully.
Catterick’s ambitious £21 million
regeneration scheme continues
The proposed regeneration of
Catterick town centre is gathering
pace with a series of striking
artworks set to be woven into the
£21 million project.

Our architects, engineers,
quantity surveyors, project
managers and principal
designers are working alongside
the council and have developed
the design for the four-acre site.
The garrison town’s transformation
will see the creation of a new town
square on Shute Road, a new
pedestrian ramp connecting the
development to Richmond Road, and
a community and enterprise building.
Plans also include landscaping
improvements, upgrades to
Coronation Park and Shute Road,
improved play spaces, and
accessible routes to the town centre.
